The Last Night of Ballyhoo is set in the upper-class German/Jewish city of Atlanta in December 1939. Hitler is about to invade Poland and "Gone with the Wind" is about to premiere. Adolph Freitag(owner of Dixie Bedding Company)and his sister Boo, and nieces Lala and Sunny are looking forward to Ballyhoo, a lavish cotillion sponsored by their restrictive country club. This family is so higly assimilated they have a Christmas tree in their front parlor... Directed by Nathan Norcross.
