The Just Off Broadway Theatre is located between the
KCPT Public Television Tower and the Liberty Memorial,
between the 31st bridge and the Broadway bridge on
Penn Valley Drive.

From I-435, I-70, or I-670, take I-35

From I-35, take the Broadway exit and follow Broadway
through Penn Valley Park. As you approach 31st Street, you
will see the theatre on your left. Continue to follow
Broadway until the next stoplight. Turn left at Linwood
Blvd. and then turn left again on Wyandotte St. Follow
Wyandotte down under the 31st bridge, and the theatre will
appear on your right, on the other side of the bridge.

From Main Street, turn West on 31st Terrace, or Linwood
Blvd. Turn right on Wyandotte St. Follow Wyandotte down
under the 31st bridge, and the theatre will appear on your
right, on the other side of the bridge.

From 31st Street, turn north onto Pennsylvania Ave., and
then make another quick turn (right) down Penn Drive. At
the bottom of the hill, turn right and follow the road
underneath the Broadway bridge. The theatre will appear in
front of you after the bridge.

From Downtown Kansas City, follow Broadway South
through Penn Valley Park. As you approach 31st Street, you
will see the theatre on your left. Continue to follow
Broadway until the next stoplight. Turn left at Linwood
Blvd. and then turn left again on Wyandotte St. Follow
Wyandotte down under the 31st bridge, and the theatre will
appear on your right, on the other side of the bridge.

From 71 Highway, take the Linwood Blvd. exit and follow
Linwood West past Main Street to Wyandotte which is
before Broadway. Turn right on Wyandotte and follow
Wyandotte down under the 31st bridge where the theatre
will appear on your right, on the other side of the bridge.
