The Just Off Broadway Theatre is located West from the
KCPT Public Television Tower and South from the Liberty
Memorial, between the 31st bridge and the Broadway
bridge on Penn Valley Drive in Penn Valley Park,
adjacent to the Dog Park and walking trail.

From I-435, I-70, or I-670, take I-35

From I-35, take the Broadway exit and follow Broadway
through Penn Valley Park, staying in the right lane. As you
approach 31st Street, you will see a fork in the road. Exit off
Broadway to the right (Wyandotte Street) and follow the
road underneath the Broadway Bridge and you will see the
theatre in front of you.

During the construction of the 31st bridge, it is easier to find
the theater from Broadway, but if you use 31st street, we
recommend the following routes:

From 71 Highway, exit on 31st Street (West)

From 31st Street (West of the 31st street bridge), turn north
onto Pennsylvania Ave., and then make another quick turn
(right) down Penn Drive. At the bottom of the hill, turn right
(W. 30th St.) and follow the road underneath the Broadway
bridge. The theatre will appear in front of you after the
bridge. (Just follow the orange signs with arrows.)

From 31st Street (East of the 31st street bridge), turn north
onto Wyandotte St. right before you get to the 31st street
bridge. You'll know where to turn, just follow the detour.
After going up the hill, you will see the Liberty Memorial in
front of you. Turn left onto W. 29th St. before you get to the
memorial (look for the yellow signs and arrows) and follow it
down the hill to Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway, but be
cautious of north-bound traffic coming around the curve.
Stay in the right lane on Broadway and as you approach
31st Street, you will see a fork in the road. Exit off
Broadway to the right (Wyandotte Street) and follow the
road underneath the Broadway Bridge and you will see the
theatre in front of you.
